Our family lost a friend this past weekend. Caroline lost a best friend, coach, mentor and the one that made her smile every day, even on a bad day. Our hearts are heavy with sorrow and eyes filled with tears that seems endless. We will miss the everyday chats, the weekly longer talks, snapchats and texts. The smiles, high fives and hugs. The everyday inspiration, encouragement and wisdom. The friendship and endless support.
I am happy we got to know a little part of the warmth beneath the big smile and the feelings behind the stories. We will keep those memories in our heart and Ross will stay with us forever.
